PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional tonneau cover wherein the tonneau cover is wrinkled when forcibly engaging a hook body to a leg of a head rest. SOLUTION: A Figure (b) shows a state in which the leg 68 of the head rest is laterally deviated byδfrom a prescribed position (imaginary line) to a position shown by a solid line. When the hook body is forcibly engaged to the leg in the conventional tonneau cover, a problem of wrinkling the tonneau cover is caused. But, the hook body 40 can be freely slid between a set machine screw 42 and an upper stopper member 41 in this invention, and thereby the hook body 40 can be moved byδlike (b). Even if lateral deviation of the head rest is generated, the lateral deviation can be absorbed by moving of the hook body 40. As a result, wrinkling of the cover sheet can be prevented and external appearance of the tonneau cover can be kept in an excellent state.
