PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet type holder, which is not only elegant in shape but also can give a user a delight in use. SOLUTION: In this magnet type holder, a main body is equipped with a magnet, an audio output means and a power source switching mechanism. Further, the shape of the main body and/or the design drawn on the main body are the imitation of a real or an imaginary shaped matter. Furthermore, by attracting the main body through the magnet to any installing part, the power source switching mechanism is actuated so as to turn a power source ON in order to output a voice relating to the shaped matter from the audio output means.
