PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switchable holder having a simple structure and no actuator. SOLUTION: A locator holder 46 having a locate pin 6 with a clamp function at its tip is provided on a slide base 49 and switched to a switch position PA or PB according to the model of a vehicle for positioning. Through the spiral advancing action of an operating screw 59 of a lock mechanism 53 provided to the slide base 49, a driven block 57 is locked by being pressed against and engaged with a reference block 61 or 62 of a carrier body 41. In shifting, a fork 74 of an external drive unit 64 is engaged with a pin 52 of the slide base 49, the operating screw 59 is loosened by a nut runner 76, and a shift table 67 and the locator holder 46 are shifted to the switch position by a shift cylinder 68.
