PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole of shoes having an arch support function to support the sole so as not to collapse the row of bones of feet when a user wears ski boots or the like. SOLUTION: The insole 1 is formed by attaching a covering sheet 3 in a strippable state to the front surface of an insole body plat 2 and putting first to third pads 11 to 13 therebetween. The respective pads 11 to 13 act to form projecting parts 11A, 12A and 13A for supporting the soles so as not to collapse the rows of the bones of the feet. The attaching positions of the pads 11 to 13 are easily adjustable according to the shapes of the feet. The insole having the arch supporting mechanism optimum for the respective feet is realized.
