<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the influence of bubbles by surely removing the bubbles from liquid. SOLUTION: The fine droplet discharge device for discharging liquid through a nozzle 5 by an inkjet method is provided with a liquid storage part 4 for storing the liquid, the nozzle 5 disposed near the liquid surface of the liquid storage part 4, an ultrasonic generating part 1, 2 disposed on the liquid storage part 4 side so as to face the nozzle 5 and discharging fine droplets through the nozzle 5 by energy focused on the liquid surface of the liquid storage part 4 generated by focusing an ultrasonic beam on the liquid surface, and a bubble removing hole 30 disposed outside of the propagation area 20 of the ultrasonic beam for removing the bubbles in the liquid.</p> |
