PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner by which cleaning is performed without losing suction force even when dust is accumulated. SOLUTION: In the cleaner main body 1 which has a paper bag 2 fitted detachably in a dust collecting chamber 3 for collecting dust and a suction air lattice body 9 mounted on a partition wall 7, the suction air lattice body 9 consists of a main suction air lattice body 10 and a sub suction air lattice body 11 extended from the main suction air lattice body 10, the sub suction air lattice body 11 is arranged at a position which is not clogged with the paper bag 2 also in the case of operation, and the paper bag 2 is never fitted closely to the sub suction air lattice body 11 to secure the path of the suction air. Thus, cleaning can be performed without losing suction force even when dust is accumulated.
