PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush which is formed by adopting a resin mixture composed of a synthetic polymeric aliphatic biodegradable resin or polylactic biodegradable resin and a synthetic polymeric aliphatic biodegradable resin as material and is environmentally friendly and a toothbrush housing case. SOLUTION: The toothbrush formed by adopting the resin mixture composed of the synthetic polymeric aliphatic biodegradable resin 'Enpol (R)' or the polylactic biodegradable resin 'Lacty (R)' and the as all of the materials of the bristle head, handle and toothbrush housing case of the toothbrush and the toothbrush housing case.
