PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle-making machine which can automatize processes from the production of a noodle dough to the cutting of the dough to make noodles and can also be downsized. SOLUTION: A housing 3 for kneading is connected to a housing having a nozzle head 7 and used for extraction through a communicating route 4a in a mutually communicating state. A stirring blade 5 having circular blades 5c, 5d is forwardly or backwardly rotatably disposed along the inner periphery of the housing 3 for the kneading, and a screw feeder 6 for transporting a raw material from the communicating route 4a to the nozzle head is disposed in the housing 4 for the extraction. A blade portion is formed on each of the blades 5c, 5d of the stirring blade in one of rotation directions, while a large pressure-dropping portion having a large cross section is formed on the other side. When the stirring blade 5 is forwardly rotated, the stirring blade 5 is rotated in the blade direction to cut a raw material in a chip-like shape. When the stirring blade 5 is backwardly rotated, the stirring blade 5 is rotated in the pressure-dropping direction, and the raw material is simultaneously kneaded and transported with the pressure-dropping portion, the outer peripheral surface of the blade and the inner peripheral surface of the housing 3. |
