PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that data transmitted from a network can not be controlled caused by an instrument being shifted to a low consumption electric power mode from being generated when an image processor with the low consumption electric power mode is connected with the network. SOLUTION: A controller part 1 by which processing and storing of image information are possible and an input-output part 20 for performing inputting and outputting of the information to the network 29 are provided. When the image processor is in an ordinary operating mode, transmitting and receiving of the information in the network 29 are performed by controlling the input- output part 20 by the controller part 1. When the controller part 1 is shifted to the low consumption electric power mode, transmitting and receiving of data are controlled by the input-output part 20.
