<p>PURPOSE:To provide a printed matter which enables a reproduction to be easily discriminated in the case where the printed matter is copied by a copying apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A line pattern 2 comprising micro-characters 4A to 4L having the same size and different thickness is printed on a printed matter 1. In a reproduction 6, a portion corresponding to the micro-characters 4G to 4L of the line pattern 2 is not copied but becomes ground. Therefore, the line pattern 2 on the printed matter 1 and the line pattern 8 on the reproduction 6 form the pattern different from each other. Accordingly, it can be easily discriminated that the reproduction 6 is reproduction of the printed matter 1, thereby preventing the reproduction 6 from being illegally used.</p> |
