A body (3, 10) for humidity regulation, in particular of room air, comprises a support material, in which a salt is intercalated. The body absorbs humidity from the air, on a certain value for air humidity being exceeded and emits humidity into the air on the air humidity dropping below a certain value. On absorbing humidity the body preferably releases a fragrance into the environment, such that an increased air humidity is recognisable by means of the smell of the fragrance. |
