PURPOSE: A sludge collecting apparatus is provided to further improve workability by collecting sludge and contaminated water so that the collected contaminated water is purified, and prevent water from becoming turbid and further improve collection efficiency by installing sludge turbidness preventing pad on the sludge collecting apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In a sludge collecting apparatus comprising suction means, housing and filtering net for sucking and collecting sludge on the bottom of a lake or on a riverbed, the sludge collecting apparatus comprises a plate shaped board(6) at the front end part of which a semicircular cap type brush housing(32) is integrally formed, along the circumference of which a sludge turbidness preventing pad(40) is installed, in which the filtering net, suction blocking net, is installed, and on which a penetrated inlet is formed; a dredging sludge pump rotating hydraulic motor(20) connected to an end part of discharge hose(14) installed on the inlet and connected to sewage disposal tank; a brush rotationally installed on the brush housing(32) in a lateral direction; a brush rotating motor(36) installed at both end parts of the brush and connected to a side wall of the brush housing(32); and a control part connected to the dredging sludge pump rotating hydraulic motor(20) and brush rotating motor(36) to control operation of the dredging sludge pump rotating hydraulic motor(20) and brush rotating motor(36).
