PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the fusion bonding between a non-foamed film and a resin film and to enable the maintenance of glossiness of the surface of a foamed laminated sheet by laminating a non-foamed polystyrene film containing a specified amount of an organic compound of a specified boiling point at least on one side of a foamed polystyrene sheet. SOLUTION: A non-foamed polystyrene film 3 containing 0.2-3.0wt.% of an organic compound of -100 to 200 deg.C boiling point is laminated at least on one side of a foamed polystyrene sheet 2. Two extruders are used in this process. In one extruder (for forming the foamed sheet), butane gas (50/50% mixture of n-butane and isobutane) as a foaming agent is added to a backing resin, and a resin temperature is adjusted at 160 deg.C. In the other extruder (for foaming the non-foamed film), butane gas as the organic compound is added to the backing resin, and a resin temperature is adjusted at 200 deg.C. The molten resin is supplied to the same mold from respective extruders to be laminated in the mold and coextruded simultaneously by the same nozzle. |
