PURPOSE: A circuit for processing multiple standard two video signals is provided to select two video signals from multiple video signals and display the two video signals as a main picture and a sub-picture on one screen. CONSTITUTION: A circuit for processing multiple standard two video signals includes the first video signal processor(310) for decoding an inputted composite video signal in NTSC or PAL mode to store the decoded signal in a line memory and outputting the signal as an NTSC video signal using a sample interpolator and a field memory, the second video signal processor(320) for performing the same operation as the first video signal processor for an NTSC or PAL composite video signal, and an NTSC/PAL converter(330) for converting the NTSC video signal output from the first video signal processor into a PAL video signal. The circuit further includes an NTSC/PAL converter(340) for converting the NTSC video signal output from the second video signal processor into a PAL video signal, and an aspect ratio converter(350) for converting aspect ratio in order to display the video signals output from the NTSC/PAL converters as two divided pictures.
