The telecommunications text message adaptor passes speech messages to a digital text broadcast file. An interactive speech server temporarily records speech message files in digital form. A destination identification is attached to the application platform with a file record memory. A new file notification is passed to the operator equipment transmitting to the application platform using standard protocol message construction and text message broadcast on the network.
