PURPOSE: A method of using malt taffy to remove sebum is provided. The malt taffy having strong absorbing power on the skin is applied on the skin, thereby effectively removing waste matter and dirt of the skin such as sebum or the stratum corneum of the skin. CONSTITUTION: The malt taffy is prepared by mixing 80 to 20% by weight of rice taffy having a malt content of 42% or more with 20 to 80%(preferably 40%) by weight of malt starch sugar having a malt sugar content of 53%.
