The dispenser for hand wipes or toilet paper comprises a drum (B) on which the paper is wound. It then passes over a second drum (3) below it, which carries a serrated cutter (4). Parallel plates (9), whose upper edges (9a) have a curvature concentric with the surface of the lower drum, are mounted in the base of the dispenser. The spacing of these corresponds to that of the serrations on the cutter, so that the paper is creased in concertina fashion and can be torn off by the user. |
