A table-lamp base (2) has fixture frame structure positioned by plugs inserted into a bolting hole in the bottom face of the base. One end of a cross axis tube is inserted into and locked in the bolting hole on one face of the multi-path frame-structure (2G,2H) and the other end is inserted onto one face of the other multi-path frame-structure and then locked by a nut, enabling the cross-axis tube to be turned as a rotatable axis. Each of the two support tubes (3) of the same diameter can be tightly inserted into each of the insertion holes and positioned perpendicularly. The multi-path frame-structure is formed as one unit with the pair of support tubes and can turn as a rotary axis by the cross-axis tubes. The degree of inclination of the pair of support tubes can be adjusted. An independent claim is given for (A) a pair of support tubes and (B) for a telescopic tube.
