<p>The unit (1) is assembled of four strong columns (16, 18, 20) and a suitable number of transversally positioned carrying elements (22, 24) made of profiles with either a c-shaped or a sigma-shaped cross section. T-shaped adapter elements with a horizontal extension protruding from their lower ends can be inserted into the space provided by the profile (22, 24) with their transversal upper segment and are provided with a circular or rectangular holding element at the outer ends of the extension. Heavy goods like mattresses or textile items can be attached to bars guided through the holding elements and moved horizontally within or along the frame formed by the shelving unit (1).</p> |
