摘要 FIELD: molecular biology, genetics. SUBSTANCE: method is based on the principle of primer completion of building exhibiting complementary to sequence of sample to be analyzed and adjoining directly to nucleotide-target. For completion of building in reaction mixture the terminating nucleotide is added of type that is complementary to nucleotide-target on matrix composition (indicated type of nucleotide can be present in reaction) and nucleotides of three other type are added that are not terminating and carry the detected label. Ceasing reaction as result of incorporation of terminating nucleotide indicates the absence of mutation in site to be studied but the continuation of the chain increase due to labeled non-terminating nucleotides indicates its presence. The proposed method provides a possibility of simple, rapid and effective detection of mutations of any type.
