PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reform support system that properly diagnoses defects of a building and selects a proper reform agency. SOLUTION: The reform support system supports selection of the reform agency in response to a reform request from a user. And the system is provided with a building diagnostic processing part 15 that receives image information of the inside or the outside of the building which is photographed by the user and transmitted via a communication network and analyzes the contents of the defects based on the image information. The building diagnostic processing part 15 is further provided with a function of selecting the reform agency capable of repairing the defects according to an analysis result. And the image information is transmitted to a terminal of the selected reform agency via a communication line and an estimate request of reform is simultaneously executed. |
