PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter capable of transmitting/receiving a mail without providing a dedicated keyboard. SOLUTION: The keyboard 1 and a personal computer 3 are connected to each other via a keyboard-sharing transmitter 2, and the keyboard 1 is shared between the keyboard-sharing transmitter 2 and the personal computer 3 so that the keyboard 1 can perform various types of setting of keyboard-sharing transmitter 2 and draw up mail sentences in the keyboard-sharing transmitter 2. This constitution allows the keyboard-sharing transmitter 2 alone to transmit/ receive the mail without booting the personal computer 3.
