PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of a series of operations from program production of BS digital broadcast to its broadcasting. SOLUTION: An authoring terminal 2 of a BS digital broadcast production system edits programs a, b, etc., for digital broadcasting produced by a plurality of production companies and has an ARIB (Association of Radio Industries and Business) check function (edit/check function) that displays a menu for displaying buttons for operation of transmitting the edited program c to a production source server 3 and checks whether or not the program is in compliance with the ARIB standard when an operator makes transmission operation of the program from the menu.
