PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus of an X-ray tube, which improves reliability on detection of discharge. SOLUTION: For the production apparatus of an X-ray tube equipped with an X-ray tube 15 to which high voltage is applied through high voltage cables 14, 16, are provided with a standard resistor 18 connected to a secondary side of a first current transformer T1 comprising the high voltage cable 14 as a primary side, a first voltage comparator 17 which compares voltage generated between both ends of the standard resistor 18 with the voltage of a first standard power source 19 as to the intensity thereof to output a signal when ON is detected by this comparison, a second voltage comparator 20 which compares the voltage generated on a secondary side of a second current transformer T2 comprising the high voltage cable 14 as a primary side with the voltage of a second standard power source 21 as to the intensity thereof to output a signal when ON is detected by this comparison, and a detector 22 which detects the fact that the 2 voltage comparators 17, 20 output the signals of ON at the same time.
