PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease time to receive an incoming call and increase the operating efficiency to make a speech by opening a main body and a cover closed to each other for a foldable mobile phone which can be opened in one operation. SOLUTION: The foldable mobile phone configured by coupling an upper part of the main body (1) having various key buttons and a transmission section or the like to a lower part of the cover (2) having a display section and a reception section or the like with a hinge (3), adopts a structure such that a part of a bearing (31 or 32 ) forming the hinge is designed to have a notch, a cover opening spring (4) for an opening action purpose is mounted to a hinge shaft (33 ) of the notched part and a catch fixture (5) comprising a catch hook (51 ) and a catch reception part (52 ) placed on the main body and the cover can catch the cover (2) when the mobile phone is closed.
