PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera which is superior in operability and usability and guarantees proper and excellent photography at any time. SOLUTION: The electronic camera is equipped with a 1st circuit block composed of one or more circuit boards 24 and 25 arranged below a camera body 1, a 2nd circuit block composed of one circuit board 26 or more which is positioned on the grip side of the camera body 1 and arranged almost at right angles to the 1st circuit block, and a 3rd circuit block composed of one or more circuit boards 22 and 23 which are positioned at the side part of the camera body 1 on the opposite side from the 2nd circuit block and arranged almost at right angles to the 1st circuit block. The 1st circuit block and 2nd circuit block, and 1st circuit block and 3rd circuit blocks are electrically connected by board-to-board connecting connectors.
