PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric duplexer having means for impedance-matching with circuit elements connected to terminals. SOLUTION: An approximately parallelepiped dielectric block 1 has inner- conductor formed holes 21-26, having inner conductors 31-36 formed in the inside and an outer conductor 5 formed on the outside. Near the first opening faces of the holes 21-25, bare portions which has no inner conductor are formed as open ends and the opposite end faces are used for short-circuited faces, thereby forming a plurality of dielectric resonators. The inner conductor 36 is located at a distant from the outer conductor 5 by providing a bare part 71 which has no outer conductor to form an open end concurrently functioning as an output terminal 61. Bare portions 72 and 73, having no outer conductor, are formed on the outside to form an input terminal 62 and an antenna terminal 63. The input terminal 62 is conductive to the inner electrode of a stepwise excitation hole 82 and the antenna terminal 63 is conductive to the inner electrode of a straight excitation hole 83.
