PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk unit which uses an eccentric disk, absorbs vibration even in high-speed rotation and generates no noise. SOLUTION: This disk unit is provided with a chassis 3, a tray 1 which is retractably held by the chassis 3, a rail means which movably holds the tray 1 on the chassis 3, a reproducing part which performs at least one side of the readout of data from the disk or the recording of the data and a driving means which rotates the disk and, therein, the disk is mounted on the driving means and is housed into the chassis 3. Further, this disk unit features that a pressurizing member generating a pressurizing force which pressurizes and energizes the tray 1 in the direction vertical to the moving direction for the chassis 3 of the tray 1 and, moreover, parallel to the surface opposite to the disk of the tray 1 is disposed.
