PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase order method relieving a purchaser from a burden of searching an accommodation plan, providing an accommodation plan fairly and sufficiently reflecting the wishes of the purchaser, and providing a seller with an opportunity to directly negotiate with the purchaser and use a costly prepared estimate as effectively as possible. SOLUTION: A mediation managing means 10 receives and registers estimation request information for a purchaser terminal 2, it selects a seller matching the estimation request information, it receives and registers estimation reply information from a seller terminal 3, and it allows a request for retrieval and/or reference from each seller terminal. Since the estimation reply information is sent to the corresponding purchaser terminal 2, the purchaser can acquire the estimation reply information corresponding to the wishes of the purchaser corresponding to the estimation request information every time just by registering the estimation request information. Meanwhile, the seller can obtain the opportunity to directly negotiate with the purchaser while referring to estimation reply information of other sellers. |
