PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer with a vibration function used for a mobile terminal and to provide a product with a stable vibration characteristic. SOLUTION: This invention provides the stable electroacoustic transducer with a vibration function where a suspension 4a for supporting a moving part comprising a magnetic circuit 2 and an added weight or the like comprises a suspension main body 4b and a damping section 4c formed by coating a rubber member or a resin onto the main body 4b, the damping section reduces the sharpness (Q) of the vibration characteristics of a vibrating part comprising the moving part and the suspension so as to suppress the effect on the vibrating function even when the natural vibrating frequency of the vibration part is in dispersion due to dispersion at manufacture.
