PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily process data acquired by a sensor. SOLUTION: Sensors 11-1 to 11-N are connected to a controller 12. The controller 12 is constituted to transmit/receive data to/from another device via a network. The controller 12 attaches authentication data to data acquired by the sensors 11-1 to 11-N and transmits the resulting data to the other device via the network. The other device processes only data from which a correct authentication result is obtained among received data. The processing is e.g. a conversion on the basis of a formula designated by a user and generation of a graph using the conversion result. A user side terminal connected via the network can browse the generated graph or the like.
