FIELD: agriculture, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method deals with treating mastitis-suffering cows during lactation period. For the purpose to increase antimicrobial spectrum of action and efficiency the preparation to treat mastitis in cattle including lysoamidase contains, additionally, novocaine at the following quantitative ratios of components, wt.%: lysoamidase, 0.1-0.5; novocaine, the balance.
