FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for independent power supply of consumers. According to invention, in wind-driven electric plant containing support, wind wheel rotating in horizontal plane, and vertical shaft, supports are provided with protective cover, wind wheel is secured in support bearings, upper bearing, in roof, and lower bearing, in ceiling of generator room. Vertical shaft is lowered down to coupling, and turbojet installed in closed generator room created directed stream of compressed air at average annual low power winds.
