PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional speaker system that has needed a large-sized expensive sub woofer when reproduction of heavy low frequency sound is desired. SOLUTION: The speaker system of this invention comprises a signal processing circuit for receiving L and R channel signals and producing (L-R), (R-L) and (L+R) signals, a center speaker unit for reproducing the (L+R) signal, an L channel speaker unit for reproducing the (L-R) signal for a prescribed frequency or over and reproducing the (L+R) signal for a prescribed frequency or below, and an R channel speaker unit for reproducing the (R-L) signal for a prescribed frequency or over and reproducing the (L+R) signal for a prescribed frequency or below. |
