PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for memory cards which a lock function, which can insert or extract both the memory card, which has a concave part for a lock in its side face, and the memory card, which does not have the concave part for the lock in its side face. SOLUTION: It is constituted with a connector main part 30, in which a taper-like guide slot 35 is provided, a slider 40, in which a slide slot 42 which intersects perpendicularly in the slide moving direction and constitutes an alternate mechanism attaching it in the connector main part 30 as being possible to slide through the coil spring 52, a lock nail 56, which is inserted as being possible to slide in to the slide slot 42 of the slider 40, is engaged with the taper-like guide slot 35 of the connector main part 30 through the guide pin 57 and can be engaged with the concave part for the lock provided in the side face of the one side of the memory card 11, and a coil spring 58, which is attached in a slider 40 and always carries out energizing the lock nail 56 to the inner direction. |
