PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a simple, small-sized, light, and low-power-loss power storage which removes the differences between charged voltages of electrical double layer capacitor cells, and to enable power supply of different source voltages without using a DC-to-DC converter. SOLUTION: A first switch and a plurality of series-connected electrical double layer capacitor cells are connected in series, and are connected between a first power supply line and a second power supply line with which a generator supplies its power to a load. When the first switch is turned on, the electrical double layer capacitor cells are charged and discharged. Each battery cell is connected to each electrical double layer capacitor cell with a plurality of second switches, and the differences between charged voltages are removed. Besides, an electrical double layer capacitor stack composed of the plurality of electrical double layer capacitor cells connected to individual battery cells, divides its charged voltage, and supplies them to loads. |
