PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify an incoming signal with respect to a phone such as a mobile phone even during reproduction of an acoustic signal. SOLUTION: A remote controller 1 includes; a detection means for detecting an incoming call signal arrived in a prescribed phone; a remote control signal generating means 3 for generating a remote control signal used to mute a device with an acoustic reproduction function when the detection means detects the incoming call signal; and a transmission means 4 for transmitting the remote control signal generated by the remote control signal generating means.
