SOLUTION: An invoice preparing device that prepares the invoice having functions as particulars of cargo, a bill and customs declaration in the intermediary trade which is performed among a first trader as a shipper or seller, a second trader as a mediator and a third trader as a consignee or buyer and having judging means (303, 304) that judges whether or not an error as an absolutely impermissible defect exists in the invoice between the first and second traders and an invoice preparing means (305) that automatically prepares the invoice between the second and third traders based on the invoice between the first and second traders when no error exists is provided.
