PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing magnetized bodies for pulser ring which can reduce time and procedures for magnetization process and also can reduce wasteful materials, at manufacturing of magnetized bodies of various kinds of different diameters. SOLUTION: After one magnetic pole is formed in the shape of sector and the N-pole and the S-pole are magnetized alternately in the circumferential direction in the equal pitch at the surface of a disk type magnetic material, the disk-type magnetic material is cut concentrically. Thereby, annular type magnetized bodies having the predetermined internal diameters and external diameters can be obtained. |
