PURPOSE: An eye end for vehicles is provided which can be used regardless of a mounting direction of the eye end without twisting of cables by enabling the eye end body to be rotated freely on the rod in eye end body and rod composing the eye end for vehicles, and a manufacturing method of the eye end for vehicles is provided. CONSTITUTION: The eye end for vehicles comprises a rod(10) on the outer circumference of one side of which a ring shaped groove part(11) is formed, and in which a coating film part(12) is formed to a certain length from the side end of the rod(10) where the groove part(11) is formed so that the groove part(11) is included on the coating film part(12); and an eye end body(20) which is rotationally installed at the one side of the rod(10) including the groove part(11). The manufacturing method of the eye end for vehicles comprises a groove cutting process of forming a ring shaped groove part(11) on the outer circumference of the rod(10) by cutting; a dipping process of forming a coating film part(12) by dipping one side of the rod(10) including the groove part(11) into a container in which liquid phase release agent is contained after the groove cutting process; and an injection molding process of molding an eye end body(20) onto one side part of the rod(10) on which the coating film part(12) is formed in the state that the eye end body(20) is bonded with the one side part of the rod(10) by insert injection after the dipping process.
