Invention describes amides of pyridylalkene and pyridylalkyne acids of the general formula (I): where radicals R1, R2, R3, R4, A, D, E, G and k are given in claim 1 of the invention claim. Invention describes also method (VERSIONS) of synthesis of amides of pyridylalkene and pyridylalkyne acids, pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) eliciting antineoplastic and/or immunosuppression activity and method of pharmaceutical composition preparing.
