<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data retention and management method that can inexpensively, easily and reliably improve the retainability, viewability and certification of authenticity of recorded electronic data. SOLUTION: The electronic data retention and management method for /converting given data into electronic data to record and retain them, which has a means for inputting the data into a file of a computer to retain and manage them, has a means for setting an electronic data retention cooperative manager in a remote site and for encrypting the electronic data and transmitting them via a network to retain and manage the electronic data on an electronic data inputting person side and the electronic data retention cooperative manger side, and a means for preliminarily identifying a non-rewritable write-once recording medium to form an identity-affixed write-once recording medium and inputting the electronic data into the identify-affixed write-once recording medium to retain and mange them. The means can be consistently simultaneously used for every electronic data writing to improve the retainability, viewability and certification of authenticity of the electronic data.</p> |
