PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a live view device and a live view system capable of recognizing the road conditions of a remote place by utilizing a live view. SOLUTION: The conditions of a road are photographed by a camera attached to a vehicle and transmitted to a server together with data of a present position and a speed of the vehicle. In the server, the data received from the respective vehicles are time sequentially stored and a data base is constructed. When a client accesses the server and selects a desired vehicle, a video image at present and the video image in the past photographed by the camera of the selected vehicle and a diagram indicating transition of an average speed are transmitted from the server to the client. |
