PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management server capable of managing the access right to a file, and having security and convenience. SOLUTION: This information management server 20 is equipped with a file storing part 222 for storing simplified information on the file in correspondence with the file, an access right acquiring part 202 for acquiring first access authorized users having the access right to the file and second access authorized users having the access right to the simplified information, a request receiving part 200 for receiving access request information for requesting access to the file together with user identification information, a first decision part 204 for deciding whether the received user identification information is the first access authorized user acquired by the access right acquiring part 202 or not, and a file reference permission part 208 for permitting file reference, when the first decision part decides that the user identification information received by the request receiving part 200 is the first access authorized user.
