SOLUTION: An Internet link file including a unique Internet address created for every file transmission, and a file requested for transmission by a client system 6a are united to create a transmission file (Step S12), and the created transmission file is compressed and then transmitted to the client system 6a (Step S13). If a Web server 2 is accessed by the client system 6a according to the Internet address that the Internet link file included in the transmission file has (Step S14), a normal reception of the transmission file by the client system 6a is confirmed and a status is changed (Step S15).
