PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power semiconductor circuit device in which current balance and voltage balance are sustained well by detecting a current variation substantially in real time. SOLUTION: The power semiconductor circuit device comprises a voltage drive type element (54), a current detector (55) inserted into the emitter side of the element and detecting the variation of the element current with time through a troidal coil, a signal processing circuit (15) connected with the output of the current detector and generating a control signal depending on the variation of the element current with time by processing the output from the current detector, and switches (58, 59) being turned on/off depending on the control signal.
