PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile machinery implement that can immediately deliver its performance needed in the dark or the like on the occurrence of emergency or accident by integrating a searchlight voluminous as a usual portable commodity and not usually carried by people with a daily carrying machinery implement. SOLUTION: This invention contrives a searchlight function to be driven in interlocking with a switching operation of increasing the luminance and the lightness of a display screen or with an ON/OFF operation of other electric light emission device in the mobile machinery implement such as a mobile phone, and the searchlight function is incorporated with the mobile machinery implement in a manner capable of utilizing usual functions of the mobile apparatus or utilizing them with commonality to the searchlight function.
