PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist wearable mobile phone and phone designed downsized that in worn on a wrist and by which a user can easily make a phone call, Internet operation and electronic mail or the like. SOLUTION: The user uses an operation section 35 to enter a telephone number. Then the user confirms the entered telephone number by a display section 33 of a cover case 5. When the user depresses a speech key 11 after confirming the telephone number, a dial signal is sent and communication connection is established. The user can hear voice of an opposite party from a reception hole 9 and the user speaks to a microphone 17. Since the user can hear voice even apart from the reception hole 9, the user can make a phone speech at a comfortable position. On the other hand, when it is no good to deliver the voice of the opposite party externally from the reception hole 9 because of the situation in surrounding environment or the like, the user separates the cover case 5 from a main body case 1 and touches the reception hole 9 to the ear.
