PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable transmission and reception by switching antennas when radio communication equipment is outside a communication area and when the antenna fails. SOLUTION: A first antenna 101 for both transmission and reception, a second antenna 102 for both transmission and reception and an antenna switch 105 for switching the antennas 101 and 102 are included, and a control unit 110 controls the antenna switch 105 to perform switching and selection of the antennas 101 and 102 for both transmission and reception. In the case the radio communication equipment becomes outside the communication area where receiving electric field intensity in a transmitting and receiving part 106 is not higher than prescribed and the outside-area information is inputted to the control unit 110 as the receiving level information 112, an output Q of a JK flip-flop 109 being an antenna switch signal 114 is inverted at the fall timing of a clock signal CLK of a CPU 108, and the antennas 101 and 102 for both transmission and reception are switched from one to the other. |
