FIELD: environmental control. SUBSTANCE: device has receiving reservoir at positive buoyancy with port on side surface, coupling unit with vertical slot which is connected with receiving reservoir; device is also provided with boom guard made in form of band whose one end is secured immovably and other end is passed through said vertical slot and tensioner. Coupling unit is made in form of two vertical shields immersed in water; space between these shields is closed with damper on one side; on other side, end of boom guard is secured on one of shields; said vertical slot is made in other shield. Receiving reservoir is connected with coupling unit on side of damper and gate adjustable in height is mounted in port of receiving reservoir.
